TOR Syndicate is an organization for Star Wars: the Old Republic fan sites, podcasts, guilds, artists, writers and news sites, which was started to allow members the ability to pull from a much broader array of sites to supplement their own sites. Too pool their resources and get those sites involved in a community of authors, podcast hosts and guilds that they normally would not be involved directly with. Since its inception, the TORSyndicate has evolved into a Social Networking medium which allows sites who display one of our banners on their site, to have a place to come, chat with others, develop friendships, contacts and get feedback on projects, audio, video, blogs, and more, from a community of like minded people.

How it works is that sites Apply for membership through this site here, and once approved, place one of our banners onto their site, either on the main page, or a easy to find links page. Members will then be granted access to special features on our site, such as the ability to post images, embed videos from youtube, post audio from interviews or music etc, and to make groups in which others can become fans, post comments etc.

What's the catch? none really, your free to display articles which people post for syndication, link to images, audio files etc. The only requirements are as follows.

1. You give credit to the author and the authors website. (give credit where it is due)

2. You display your membership with TOR Syndicate on your website, be it part of your banner or a separate one, whichever goes well with your layout. (This helps promote everyone's sites as they will all be listed on our Member sites page, This banner can also be placed on a link page)

This site is a safe place for member fan sites to collaborate and share information and communicate with one another.
