Here is a simple step by step to some of the features found here on the TORSyndicate website. I'll be going through each of the major features, and providing images of them so you can find them easily, and take full advantage of the site. more features will be added in additional posts in the next few days as I catelog them.
Wall posts:
This is something that most people should be familiar with... If you've used Facebook, you'll know exactally what this is all about. Wall posts are meant to be a way for you to share your current thoughts or feelings publically, and for your friends to comment and post messages for you as well. You can find this by either clicking on your profile itself, and going to the "Wall" link, or by hovering over the profile icon
and clicking on the link that says wall. You can also publish your own status updates by clicking on the Status Update icon at the bottom of your screen and seen below.

Profile:
Your profile is all the information about you... it has links to your photos, wall posts, videos, files, audio files (sounds), groups sites, and the list goes on, you can find this by clicking on the
button and clicking the profile link. To edit this information look for the "Actions" menu at the top left of your profile, you can then edit your information, customize your page with custom CSS or background images etc, subscribe to the page (if its not your profile) or share it with others on Twitter, facebook etc.

Blogs:
Last in the list under profiles, Blogs are a way for Membersites to share content, insights and just general information to everyone else on the site. These are found by either clicking on the
icon and choosing "Blogs", by clicking the blogs link in your profile, or by hovering over the "Blogs" link on the main toolbar and clicking One of the Blog options listed there. (by the way, your reading a blog post right now :) )
To create a blog (Only membersites can currently do this due to spam issues), Click on the Blogs tab and click on the "My Blog" link at the top right of the page seen below.

It will bring you to a page to create your new blog. After it is created, you should come to your blog page, where you can use the blogs action menu to create your first new post, edit the blog, delete it or get the RSS to add to your own site or feed.

Please keep in mind that the blog feature does take advantage of HTML, so if you know how to use HTML, you can click on the html button to create a more customized blog (which if you currently use wordpress, you can copy the html directly to get an exact copy of what you currently have made).

(PS. this page was made using HTML)
Groups:
Groups are an interesting thing, those of you familiar with facebook should have an idea what they are about, its kind of your own site within the site here, which you can invite people to, lock down so that only members can see, and use as you see fit. They are great for coordinating guilds, podcast guest appearances etc, and can be found by Hovering over the "Profile Media"
Icon and clicking the "Groups" link for your groups, or by hovering over the "Members & Sites" tab and clicking on "Groups". You can add your own group, or search for others. To add your own group, click on the "Add Group" Button in the Groups Panel at the top right of your screen seen below.

From there you will be brought to a page where you can create your group, some of the when doing this you can choose to upload a group image, sounds, videos etc depending on your membership status, and choose which people are allowed to view your group.
Once your group has been created, you can invite others via the Group Actions Panel seen below.

(note this is an admin run group, so some of the options will not be available in a normal group)
You can also see the comments, fans and forums for your particular group using the Groups Menu
.
Thats all for this Post, I'll be doing another in the next day or so with more features, and will be covering the Membersite Page, Sites Feature, Photos, Sounds, Videos, Chat, and Ads. Stay Tuned, and if you have any questions, please PM "Vall" for help.
